The Diet Solution Program was created by Isabel De Los Rios, a nutrition and exercise specialist with over 10 years experience working with clients.
She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in exercise physiology, and has gone on to be certified as a Holistic Nutrition Lifestyle Coach before developing the Diet Solution Program.
Isabel decided to incorporate all of her knowledge into a single easy to follow program, which led to the Diet Solution.
